Child Safety Standards
Last updated: June 2026
1. Our commitment
Holy Words is a faith community. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, or the sexualization of minors. Any such content or behavior results in immediate removal, permanent account termination, and reporting to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where required by law.
2. Who may use Holy Words
Holy Words is not directed at children under 13, and accounts require verified sign-up — there is no anonymous or random chat. Community rooms, comments and channels are tied to identifiable accounts and covered by our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. In-app reporting
Every message, post, comment and room in Holy Words can be reported directly in the app. Reports are reviewed promptly; accounts involved in suspected child endangerment are suspended during review. You can also reach us directly at support@holywords144business.com.
4. How we respond to CSAM
- Immediate removal of the material and permanent ban of the account.
- Preservation of evidence and reporting to NCMEC and/or law enforcement as required by applicable law.
- Cooperation with lawful requests from child safety authorities.
5. Legal compliance
We comply with applicable child safety laws, including US federal reporting requirements (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) and regional child safety regulations wherever the app is available.
6. Point of contact
Designated child safety contact: support@holywords144business.com (subject line: "Child Safety"). Reports are acknowledged and acted on promptly.
